Lunar New Year Celebration 2013!!

안녕하세요!!

Are you excited for this upcoming event?

We will be celebrating the Korean Lunar New Year on  

Wednesday, 13th February 2013 !!

You are welcome to join to our one day Korean Lunar New Year Celebration event at  

CLT Foyer

2pm until 4.30pm !

 It is only open to all UBD students. Please come and bring along your friends!! ^^

There will be a lot of things to do! You may want to learn Korean phrases or learn bowing lesson during the event. There will also be other booths such as our own KCC booth, Traditional Korean game booth, Asian Youth Camp booth and Korean Exchange Students booth.

Gyungdan

For korean food enthusiasts, dont worry there will be a food stall there! So dont forget to bring your money$$! ^^ (to buy souvenirs as well :p). 

Plus, you can also learn and see our cooking demonstration on how to make Gyungdan (korean sweet rice balls).



For those who still want to join the club, you can register directly at our registration booth. The last registration date is on 20th February 2013.
For members, the payment for KCC member shirt can be made until 20th February 2013.

It is a new semester and we are open for Members' Registration.

Registration Fee:

BND4.00 for 1 Semester

BND6.00 for 2 Semesters

We also sells KCC Member's (blue) T-Shirt with your name in Hangul! It is only BND25.00!

So come and bring your friends along and we will have alot of fun!!! ^^

Rules and Regulations:
1. Open to all current UBD students only.
2. The club will have about 7 activities for 1 semester. Members are required to attend at least 4 activities to get the certificate. No certificate will be given to those who attend less than 4 activities.
3. In each activity, members have to sign in upon their arrival and sign out at the end of activity.
4. You can either register for 1 or 2 semesters.
5. Fees are non-refundable.

Cooking Demo and Competition! ^^

As per informed in our previous activity, we will be having Cooking Demonstration and Competition on:

Date: Wednesday, 31st October 2012.

Time: 2.00 - 5.00pm.
Venue: CLT Foyer (TBC)

We are pleased to invite all this semester's members to participate in the Cooking Competition. Limited to 4 groups only (max 5 persons per group). First come first serve basis.

The menu for the competition is Japchae (Fusion style). Prior to this competiton, members who are participating are required to bring their own cooking utensils and ingredients. We will provide cooking stove and potato glass noodles only.

THERE ARE PRIZES TO BE WON! YAYY~
